Barista

Description

As a Poolside Barista, you will be responsible for serving a variety of coffees and non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, juices, and smoothies. You are expected to interact warmly with guests and develop new, creative drink ideas.

Responbilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and consistently.

• Interact warmly and informatively with guests.

• Create and develop new beverage concepts according to resort themes and seasonal trends.

• Maintain cleanliness and beverage presentation standards at the pool bar.

• Monitor and report inventory needs regularly.

• Collaborate with the F&B team for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Aged 20–35, with a minimum 1 year of experience as a barista (experience in hotels/resorts preferred).

• Skilled in preparing coffee and non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails, smoothies, infused water, etc.).

• Friendly, communicative, and confident in engaging with guests.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Basic English proficiency.
