Description
The Chief Accounting is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting process of the hotel, including accurate financial reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations.
Responbilities

Lead the accounting team in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Develop and monitor the hotel’s budget and perform variance analysis.

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

Prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, Income Tax) in a timely and compliant manner with Indonesian tax laws.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial insights to hotel management.

Develop and enforce financial policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Train, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as Chief Accounting or similar managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK.

Proficiency in hotel accounting systems (e.g., VHP, MYOH, Accurate, or similar).

Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
