Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP professional to ensure the seamless operation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within our property. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment, supporting both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responbilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
  • Ensure all systems (electrical, water supply, HVAC, pumps, etc.) operate efficiently and reliably
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance across all facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations (K3 / HSE)
  • Monitor and optimize energy and utility usage
  • Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations
  • Prepare regular reports on system performance and maintenance activities

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in MEP (preferably in hotels, commercial buildings, or property environments)
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems (electrical, HVAC/AC, pumps, water systems, etc.)
  • Proven ability to perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting effectively
  • Familiar with occupational health and safety standards (K3 / HSE) and operational procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Highly disciplined, responsible, and proactive
  • Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage
